• ORDERS UNDER $30 IS A SHIPPING FLAT RATE OF $5

Shipping Timeframes: Standard Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order is shipped, depending on your location.

Shipping Destinations: I currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

Delivery Issues: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me at lunastudiocandles@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. I will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Additional Information: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
