Decorative Candle Care Instructions

To enjoy your decorative candle safely and maintain its beauty, please follow these care instructions:

• Trim the Wick: Before each use, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch. This prevents a large flame and excessive smoke, ensuring a cleaner burn.

• First Burn: For your candle's first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface before extinguishing. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn for future uses.

• Burn Time: Limit each burn to no more than 3-4 hours at a time. Prolonged burning can cause the candle to overheat and affect its appearance.

• Placement: Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, flammable objects, and out of reach of children and pets. Decorative candles, especially those with intricate designs, should not be placed directly on delicate surfaces as the heat could cause damage.

• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Keep your candle out of direct sunlight or harsh indoor lighting to prevent fading or warping of the wax, especially for candles with color or intricate designs.

• Storage: When not in use, store your decorative candle in a cool, dry place, away from dust and dirt. If possible, cover it to protect the design and fragrance.

• Handling: Decorative candles are often delicate, so handle them with care to avoid chipping or breaking any intricate details.

• Cleaning: If your candle collects dust or dirt, clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or any cleaning products, as these could damage the wax.

• Display: While decorative candles are beautiful display pieces, remember they are still functional candles. If you plan to burn them, do so safely and be mindful that intricate designs may melt away as the candle burns down.

• Dispose Properly: Once the candle has burned down to about 1/2 inch from the base, discontinue use. This prevents overheating of the container or the wax from spilling out.

Safety Reminder: Never leave a burning candle unattended, and always ensure it is completely extinguished before leaving the room or going to bed.

• I will then provide a shipping label for you to print and mail back from your local UPS / USPS.
• If any product is not functioning properly, I will replace it immediately or refund in full!

Shipping Timeframes: Standard Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order is shipped, depending on your location.

Shipping Destinations: I currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

Delivery Issues: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me at lunastudiocandles@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. I will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Additional Information: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, shipping times may be delayed. We will notify you if there are significant delays with your shipment.
